Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Ninjavan. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply unless otherwise stated.
If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it, we will re-deliver on the next available date. However, please note that you will be charged a re-delivery fee of S$5 if your delivery fails two (2) or more times.
Any orders placed and received on business days (Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays) are processed on the next working day in the order in which they are received. Orders placed and received on weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) will be processed on the next business day (Monday). International shipping : We regret that we do not ship outside Singapore at this time for orders placed at Lancome.com.sg
CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS
Once your order is successfully submitted, we regret to inform that we are not able to accommodate to any changes to the order. If you have any enquiries on your order, please contact us at customerservice@Lancome.com.sg or WhatsApp our e-Beauty Advisor and we will do our best to assist you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Products sold on Lancome.com.sg are not returnable or refundable.
2. In the event you receive a damaged/defective item, you may return the product(s) in its original condition together with its original receipt within 7 business days from delivery and obtain a refund of the price paid.
3. To initiate the return and refund process, you must inform us at customerservice@Lancome.com.sg or WhatsApp our e-Beauty Advisor. within 7 business days from delivery with supporting evidence (picture of your item and its condition) and order number.
4. Walk in returns are not accepted at any of our stores or counters.
5. Upon receipt of the product(s) in its original condition and the proof of original receipt, and if you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund to you via your original mode of payment within 30 business days.
6. Reflection of the amount refunded in the customer’s original mode of payment is subject to the customer’s bank approval process.
7. Only products purchased on Lancôme Singapore Online Flagship store may be returned for refund. Products purchased at lancome.com.sg are not accepted for refund at Lancôme counters in departmental stores or Sephora stores.
8. If you buy Lancôme product(s) from unauthorized retailers, websites or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
9. Lancôme reserves the right of final decision if the product(s) returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.

Please provide your details, receipt number and reason for any returns within 7 business days from delivery date.
REPORT ORDER PROBLEM
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at customerservice@Lancome.com.sg. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
We regret that we do not ship outside Singapore at this time for orders placed at Lancome.com.sg. Orders with a PO Box as the delivery address will not be processed. Please use our Store Locator to find the Lancôme store nearest you.
INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Singapore-issued or foreign VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards will be accepted.
