WHAT IS MY LANCÔME REWARDS?
My Lancôme Rewards is a loyalty program by Lancôme (a member of the family of brands under the L’Oréal Singapore Pte. Ltd. portfolio).
HOW DO I REGISTER?
To register, simply spend S$1 on Qualifying Product Purchases or Qualifying Services in a single receipt.
WHEN IS MY LANCÔME REWARDS ACCOUNT ACTIVATED?
To register, simply spend S$1 on Qualifying Product Purchases or Qualifying Services in a single receipt and signup at point of purchase. Your My Lancôme Rewards membership account will be activated on the day of successful registration for departmental stores counters. For online purchases via Lancôme Official E-Boutique, or Lancôme Lazada Official Store, the membership account will be created after delivery of products with an addition of five (5) business days.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY LANCÔME REWARDS MEMBERSHIP ID?
Your My Lancôme Rewards is the mobile number which was used during registration.
HOW DO I EARN MY LANCÔME REWARDS POINTS?
You can earn Rose Points when you make purchases of Lancôme products:
(a) from any official Lancôme Counters; or
(b) from the Lancôme Online E-Boutique
(c) from any of our Authorised Retailers and Partners.
(“Qualifying Product Purchases”)
You can also earn Rose Points when you purchase services at our Tangs Facial Cabin
For Qualifying Product Purchases, every S$1 (nett spend)(excluding GST, service charges, credit card charges/fees, and other transaction fees) will earn Rose Point(s) according to the below membership tier:
Rose – 1 Rose Point
Gold – 1.2 Rose Point
Platinum/VIP – 1.5 Rose Point
For Qualifying Services
Every S$1 (nett spend) (excluding GST, service charges, credit card charges/fees, and other transaction fees) will earn Rose Point(s) according to the membership tier below:
Rose – 0.5 Rose Point
Gold – 0.6 Rose Point
Platinum/VIP – 0.75 Rose Point
(Specific to Qualifying Product Purchases and/or Qualifying Services made on the Lancôme Lazada Official Store and Lancôme Official E-boutique, the nett spend for is equivalent to paid price including GST, excluding store discounts, platform discounts and shipping.)
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EARNED MY LANCÔME REWARDS REWARDS POINT(S) TO BE REFLECTED IN MY ACCOUNT?
Any Rose Point(s) earned from the Qualifying Purchases and/or Qualifying Services will be reflected in your account within one (1) working day after the date of purchase. For purchases made via the Lancôme Online Boutique, please allow for up to (5) working days after delivery of products for points to be reflected.

HOW DO I EDIT MY LANCÔME REWARDS ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Please log in to My Account and update your information at any time.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY LANCÔME REWARDS POINTS?
Please log into My Account, redeem your My Lancôme Rewards points together with your E-Boutique purchase made on lancome.com.sg, please log in to sync your account before purchase.
WILL MY MEMBERSHIP TIER EXPIRE?
A ‘Rose’ membership tier will be valid:
(a) upon successful activation of your activation of your My Lancôme Rewards
(b) for as long as your membership account is still active; and
(c) if applicable, until your membership account is ‘upgraded’ to the higher tier (e.g. Gold/Platinum).
A ‘Gold’ membership tier shall be valid for twelve (12) months from the applicable anniversary of the activation of your My Lancôme Rewards with the successful upgrade and/or renewal of your ‘Gold’ tier status.
A ‘Platinum’ membership tier shall be valid for twelve (12) months from the applicable anniversary of the activation of your My Lancôme Rewards with the successful upgrade and/or renewal of your ‘Platinum’ tier status.
A ‘VIP’ membership tier shall be valid for twelve (12) months from the applicable anniversary of the activation of your My Lancôme Rewards with the successful upgrade and/or renewal of your ‘VIP’ tier status.
HOW DO I RE-QUALIFY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP TIER?
Rose – Simply make a Qualifying Purchase via the Lancôme Official E-Boutique or any official Lancôme Counters. There is no need to requalify as members in this tier will not be downgraded.
Gold – Accumulate S$800 in nett spending on Qualifying Purchases over a twelve (12) month period from when the Gold membership tier is active to re-qualify for your Gold membership tier. Members who do not manage to accumulate the nett S$800 spend will be downgraded to Rose.
Platinum – Accumulate S$3000 nett spending to re-qualify for your Platinum membership tier. Members who did not manage to accumulate the net S$3,000 or S$800 spend on Qualifying Purchases will be downgraded to the Gold or Rose tier accordingly.
VIP – Accumulate S$7,000 nett spending to re-qualify for your VIP membership tier. Members who did not manage to accumulate the nett S$7,000 or S$3,000 or S$800 spend on Qualifying Product Purchases will be downgraded to Platinum or Gold or Rose tier accordingly.
CAN I REDEEM FOR MY BIRTHDAY REWARDS OR ANNIVERSARY GIFT VIA LANCÔME OFFICIAL E-BOUTIQUE?

WILL MY LANCÔME REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE?
Rose points are valid for 365 days from the transaction date of each purchases (this point validity is applicable to transaction made from 16 December 2025 onwards). For existing customer with existing Rose points earned prior to 16 December 2025, the point expiry date will follow the anniversary of the date of activation of your account.
