Complimentary trial sample is valid only for those who have not received Lancôme Idôle sample prior to this.
Each new customer is entitled to ONE (1) sample only while stocks last. Proof of order does not guarantee entitlement.

In the event the information given by applicants are repeated, duplicated, inaccurate, unreadable, or in a foreign language, Lancôme reserves the right to void the registration. No samples will be granted to the particular submission.

Lancôme Singapore may require the registrant to provide proof of communication and/or identity upon collecting the trial sample for verification purpose. Due to PDPA, the redemption of the trial sample must be made by the customer herself/himself. The decision of Lancôme Singapore shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The trial sample cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.
