Entry ticket and/or booked sessions are valid for one registrant only.
Entry and sessions cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.
Registrants who successfully signed up for sessions are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their allocated slot. Late arrivals may result in cancellation of booked session.
Lancôme Singapore may require the registrant to provide proof of identity for verification purposes. Due to PDPA, entry and redemption of sessions must be made by the customer.
The decision of Lancôme Singapore shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
