Making an Order

SALES TAX

Prices shown on the Website are in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are inclusive of GST, but do not include any applicable shipping or delivery fees. Delivery fees will be charged where applicable and will be included in the order total upon checkout. Prices or shipping are subject to change effective immediately upon posting of such price changes to the Website or other form of notification.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order.
Should you have any questions regarding your order status, please email us at customerservice@Lancome.com.sg. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available.

PROMOTION CODES

If you have a promotional coupon code that can be redeemed from Lancôme Singapore, please enter the offer code in the box in the shopping bag area upon checkout. The promotion will be reflected in the subsequent pages.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Lancome.com.sg accepts Mastercard and Visa only. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.

As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, we advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information via an e-mail message to Customer Service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We regret that we do not ship outside Singapore at this time for orders placed at Lancome.com.sg. Orders with a PO Box as the delivery address will not be processed. Please use our Store Locator to find the Lancôme location nearest you.

INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Singapore-issued or foreign VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards will be accepted.

MULTIPLE SHIP TO ADDRESSES

Currently, lancome.com.sg does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.

ORDER HISTORY

You may view your order history by signing into your account and selecting Order Tracking from the top right hand selection dropdown.

GUEST CHECK OUT

You may check-out as a guest, however please note that all guest check-outs are not entitled for points accrued under My Lancôme Rewards. We highly encourage all customers to create an account with us before checking out to earn rose points with every $1 spent, and to be able to redeem for full-sized products, deluxe bestseller kits and facial service experiences.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE

Each order is limited to five (5) units per Product per customer per day. All Products (including samples) are intended for your personal and non-commercial purpose only. They shall not be used in any professional capacity, and must not be re-sold. If any order exceeds the limit set out set out, and/or we reasonably believe that our Products may be used for any purpose in contravention of the above, we reserve our right not to fulfil the contravening order(s).
